My Approach
I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Experiencing® (SE), mindfulness, and attachment-focused therapy. When appropriate, I also provide coaching for individuals and families, offering education, guidance, and practical support alongside the therapeutic process.
As a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP), I incorporate an understanding of how trauma and chronic stress affect the nervous system. This body-oriented approach helps clients develop greater emotional regulation, reduce feelings of overwhelm, and cultivate a deeper sense of safety, resilience, and connection with themselves and others.
Whether you're coming to therapy because of a recent crisis, a long-standing struggle, or a desire to better understand yourself, my hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to create meaningful, lasting change.
