Individual therapy offers a safe and supportive space to help you to press pause and and connect with yourself. Whether you're facing a current challenge or exploring long-standing patterns, we'll work together to better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I provide in-person and virtual individual therapy to adults and adolescents (14+) navigating a variety of life challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, substance use, infertility, relationship and family conflict, grief, and major life transitions.
$220 per 45-50-minute session
I frequently work with families navigating the impact of substance use disorders, eating disorders, trauma, and mental health concerns, helping loved ones better understand these challenges while fostering healthier communication and recovery.
I take a collaborative, systems-based approach, creating a safe space where each family member feels heard and understood. Together, we identify patterns, strengthen communication, rebuild connection, and develop healthier ways of supporting one another.
Family therapy is tailored to your family's unique needs and goals, helping create meaningful and lasting change.
$275 per 50 minute session
Eating Disorder Exposure & Process Group
Recovery happens beyond the therapy office. Nourish & Navigate provides a supportive space for adult clients to practice recovery skills in real-world settings while building confidence, flexibility, and freedom around food.
Each group includes a therapeutic food exposure followed by a therapist-led process group, allowing participants to explore thoughts, emotions, urges, and successes in a supportive environment. Food exposures may include meals at restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, bakeries, dessert outings, or other community settings identified as meaningful within the recovery process.
The goal is not to "eat perfectly," but to gradually challenge eating disorder rules and avoidance behaviors while strengthening the ability to tolerate discomfort, practice flexibility, and reconnect with personal values.
90–120-minute community food exposure and process group held weekly.
Participants are responsible for the cost of their own food and beverages during outings.
An initial screening is required prior to enrollment.
Space is limited to maintain a supportive group environment.
