About Me

I believe that people have everything they need within themselves to move towards healing and my hope is to help you find your own innate ability to heal through a variety of therapeutic techniques integrating Somatic Experiencing, the psychobiological principals of attachment, compassionate accountability, and Twelve Step based approaches.

Pablo

Meet my pet rabbit, Pablo! He will not be in sessions with us, but I may refer to him at times for the use of  examples of how animals react to threat and stress. He's a very strong willed, fluffy, and loving bun.
