WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

• Individual and family sessions are 50 minutes in length and cost $125 per session.  I accept cash or check made out to Brooke Page Constable.  

Do You Accept Insurance?

• I do not accept insurance at this time, but I can provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance provider. 

What do I do in an emergency?

• If you are experiencing an emergency or require immediate assistance, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

What is the cancellation, or missed appointment policy?

• 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations. Failure to cancel within that time frame results in a full session fee charge.
